Graduating from the school with a BBA and later an MBA, Shelley leveraged her academic experiences and the guidance of the Centre for Career Design to build a dynamic career, ultimately becoming a director at CIBC Innovation Banking.

While the field features intense competition, there is also abundant funding and support for innovation, including various incubators and accelerators. With her Schulich education, alumni network, and hands-on experiences, Shelley notes feeling well-equipped to navigate and excel in this vibrant industry.
